All workshops, conference events and evening concerts will be on the beautiful campus of Trevecca University in their new state-of-the-art Jackson Music Building in Nashville, Tennessee. Directions, photos and more can be found at the link below.

Lodging


Lodging is available on campus in the Trevecca dorms or in nearby hotels in the Cool Springs / Franklin / Brentwood areas of Nashville - a short 10-15 minute drive from the conference.


Dorm lodging at Trevecca is available for $60 per night per person and can be purchased HERE.



Meals


Meals are not included with your registration.


Lunch is available in the Trevecca University cafeteria on campus for around $6. A variety of coffees and pastries can also be purchased at the campus coffee shop.


There are also many other restaurants available within a 10-minute drive from campus.

Cancellation Policy


All registration fees are non-refundable.


However, if cancelled before dates below, funds can be applied towards a future Guitar Gathering conference or Fall Fingerstyle Retreat registration.


Before March 1st: Full Credit of Funds to Future Event


Before April 1st: 75% Credit of Funds to Future Event

Before May 1st: 50% Credit of Funds to Future Event


After May 1st: No Credit of Funds to Future Event
